Hello
My name is Candice Hague, the founder of Sea Horizons Counselling & Consulting.
I am a B.C. Registered Clinical Counsellor (M.Ed., RCC) with two decades of clinical experience, dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges. We all face moments of pain, struggle, and uncertainty, but while we can’t always control the storms that come our way, we can learn to navigate them with resilience, purpose, and growth. No matter where you are on your journey, together we’ll find the strength to move forward with confidence, expanding your horizons and discovering the possibilities ahead.

​My areas of expertise focus on supporting women’s mental and emotional health, as well as overall wellbeing, especially during challenges such as anxiety, stress, relationship struggles, grief, and life transitions like perimenopause, menopause, and motherhood. I provide a down-to-earth, supportive space where everyone feels valued, heard, and respected. My approach is tailored to each person’s needs, helping address current challenges and offering effective support.

Online Booking
I offer online counselling and booking through Jane App’s HIPAA-compliant platform, ensuring your privacy and ease of access. Whether you're at home, travelling, or simply prefer the privacy and comfort of your own space, virtual counselling provides a flexible and secure way to receive support. Phone sessions are also available, depending on your comfort level. To make counselling as accessible as possible, I offer day, evening, and weekend appointments.
